I attended a Doctors appointment on 09/10 November and the Doctor asked me to make a follow up appointment for around 2 weeks so we could review some tests I was having so I made an appointment for 24 November. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told I was with the nurse instead. I explained to the receptionist that my appointment needed to be with a doctor and was told that it didn't matter the nurse could help me. I saw the nurse and she agreed there was nothing she could help me with and I needed to see a doctor. I went back to reception and was told there were no Doctors appointments before Christmas and to ring early one morning and there may be an appointment that day. I am appalled with this service. The mistake was made by reception when I originally made a Doctors appointment for 24 November.

Attended for a medication review and prescriptions discussed. Doctor was very nice and helpful. However, no information was given that I actually needed to request the medicines needed separate to seeing the doctor. I'm now facing 48 hours without medication. I was also misinformed about a referral for an injury...having waited 4 days for a phone call with an appointment I made contact again to be informed that the procedure I'd been informed of was wrong and was instead advised just to attend A&E to avoid further delays. Not impressed.

Dr Goh took time and care explaining to my mother (I am her carer) about her care plan. He was patient and kind and didn't mind repeating what needed to be done to treat her eye successfully. Also when I had an additional query he was happy to answer my questions and explained what the course of action would be even though it was ridiculously late and he'd probably had a really long day.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Goh I have had a problem with a skin problem on my body for the last two years and been treat by a number of Doctors without much success. I seen Dr Goh several times over recent months and he gave me a course of treatment which has shown significant improvement Regards Barry Richardson

Love the new online booking for repeat prescriptions and appointments. Helps me organise my working life and health issues without any gaps. Not impressed with asthma clinic. Tick box exercise not interested in relevant and recent ill health due to asthma and when told I was struggling a little with my asthma was told " well you have asthma I see people like you all the time" no mention of technique or alternative medications.
